Overview: MSHA Trainer
Summary of Responsibilities:
Provide 3rd Party training for OSC and their clients as needed.
Plan, prepare, and execute training strategies by facilitating classes, providing technical assistance, and/or individual coaching.
Use preventative education to ensure students think proactively to prevent accidents.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all laws surrounding both General Industry and Construction safety.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all Mine Safety laws and trends.
Qualifications:
Candidates must hold and provide valid OSHA 500 and other applicable certificates.
Candidates must hold and provide valid MSHA Blue Card and other applicable certificates.
3 – 5 years of safety training experience preferred.
Thorough knowledge of applicable regulations (OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, DOT, MSHA).
Must have reliable transportation.
Compensation
Based on experience.
Reimbursement for travel when it is applicable.
